Dr. Sonal HATTANGDI-HARIDAS
MSc Nutritional Medicine (UK), BHMS(Mum), ANutr (UK),
Specialist in Nutritional Medicine, Hong Kong.
Dr. Sonal holds a Master’s Degree in Nutritional Medicine from the University of Surrey and has won multiple awards for her clinical research related to skin and allergies. She is a Registered Associate Nutritionist in the UK, a member of the Hong Kong Nutrition Association, Registered Homeopathic Doctor from the University of Mumbai and is certified to create personalized healthy living plans from Harvard Medical School’s Dept. of Nutrition and The American College of Lifestyle Medicine.
In practice for 25yrs, Dr. Sonal will discuss common causes of acne, eczema and premature ageing of skin. She will introduce natural nutritional methods to support healthy skin and reduce the presence and discomfort of eczema, acne and improve the quality of skin to prevent further outbreaks. She will share tips on diet and supplements, good and bad, to support healthy ageless skin.
