Nutritional Support for a Healthy Menopause and the Youth Beyond

Thanks to everyone who joined me at the Helena May on the 8th of September at 6.30 pm for a talk on nutritional medicine support of hormonal, bone, muscle, and skin health for a comfortable menopause and preservation of our youthfulness into our mature years.
Sleep disturbances, hot flashes, mood swings, weight gain, and slow metabolism are well-known menopausal issues. From the peri-menopausal changes in our 40s to a different body physiology in the mid-50s onward, women’s bodies unfairly move towards thinning bones, muscle loss, and dry, less-elastic skin. Weight gain and a slow metabolism add to the higher risk of heart attacks, strokes, thyroid issues, cancer, and falls.
